I was lucky enough to see Scratch Acid live several times. When I heard that they were doing a reunion concert, I made my son listen to Scratch Acid for a month just so he'd really appreciate the experience when he saw them. One of the best shows ever.

they're out there, but shitheads in the industry make it very hard to find that's for sure. Rather than supporting a band like Qui they'd much rather support Wolfmother..

I think the majority of people wouldn't really go for this, so it makes sense that bands like Wolfmother (a lot more accessible/ family friendly) get promoted by major labels. I am very grateful for labels like T&G, Dischord, etc...

This was the show in the empty lot in front of the Hideout in Chicago. This was the Touch and Go 25th anniversary festival. They closed off the whole lot. 2 stages. Good times.
