  • Thanks for sharing this has giving me such hope Im the same height and weight, and Im sick of the weight which is mostly at the top. I lost some weight below by hitting the stairs at work on breaks and after lunch. Now Im going to start the 30day shed, the video should be here in a few day, did you change your diet, Im sure you had too?

    if you are medium body frame you are 5lbs overweight...

    but if you are small body frame, you are like 15lbs overweight...

    yet..I think you are the classic kind of person a lot of nutritionist talk about..you are skinny fat. You have more fat than muscle. Guess your job is to get firm and get rid of the fat.

  • I laughed when I saw you squeeze your stomach. I've been doing the same thing in the mirror. I've had a flat stomach my entire life. Then all of a sudden,it seemed, I have this "tire" there and I can't believe it.

    I started doing the 30 day shred. Man, I had better see that tire start to shrink.

  • I got this video about a week ago, I put the dvd in for the first time yesterday and three minuted into LEVEL ONE I was like eff that lol. Im going to start again tomorrow and hopefully I can make this a daily part of my work out routine. Put up a current video so we can see how our coming along......give me some hope :)

  • I'm subscribing to your thread babe! Personally, I think you have a nice body (woohoo, I wish I had an ass like that) but I totally understand your reasons for wanting to lose some weight.

    I'm a dancer, and I'm waiting on my DVD to come in the mail. Make sure you keep up with the results.

    Just in case you aren't doing so, make sure you're writing down your measurements. Sometimes that's a bigger factor than actual pounds.

  • hey chica! i'm not worried so much about what the scale says. the number that i really look at is bodyfat. my goal as you asked is to get my bodyfat to 20%-weight to about 135 lbs if possible. also if your read to shed some fat you can make your own 30 day shred challenge or you can join me! nothing is going to happen if we just sit there and wish for our goals, so we have to work for it. good luck. i'll post an "after vid in a few more weeks.
