What I know for a fact is that one can be bigger than another fighter, because of how much weight he cuts for the weigh ins. Anthony can usually be around 210 naturally but he cuts a ton of weight to reach the 170 mark (because he's a welterweight by sport). This is done by dehydrating oneself. So, once Johnson is hydrated again, he's more near to his natural weight. He could be about 200 pounds on the day of the fight, while his opponents who don't cut as much are relatively lighter.

He also cuts ridiculous amounts of water weight that most people couldn't even dream of, imo what he is doing to his body can't be healthy removing such a huge portion of water from his body.
