If I had a neighbor that was elderly or disabled I would offer to help them. What should have happened is a neighbor should have offered to help until the issue was resolved!

The lead paint situation looks more like a case of landlord not wanting to pay for that de-leading! So he procrastinated on it, until that tenant came with his son. Can Bostonians tell me whether there are tax deductions/benefits that come with landlords who de-lead?

How do you get to the store and doctor appointments? If you can do that youself, you can take out the trash. If someone help you, have them take out your trash.
