@jumptrainee1 Thanks, and what do you think about the Glute Ham Raise? I've tried it and it works the glutes, hams, and calves really hard. Which exercise do you think is better?
@DawgFL GHR is definitely a good exercise. It's a more common strength exercise, because it's so hard to do with just your bodyweight. the 1-leg SLDL targets flexibility and balance more. Once you're not a beginner, you have to add significant weight to get a real strengthening stimulus. I don't think one is better than the other. they're just different
well i was doing 1-leg stiff-leg deadlift right position and now i injury my hamstringand ,squad when i was doing i feel like something pull i dnt know if its muscle or ligament but i wanna some help from you what kind of exercice to do to heal my injury i hope you can answer me as soon as you can thank you
@yasspat before doing any excercise dont forget to warm up 15 minutes and stretch dynamically. This would keep you away from getting injured. Torn ligaments takes too long to heal. try icing it, eat lot of proteins and have adequate sleep.
i cant even come close to doing one of these with my jumping leg, thats gotta be holding me back right? maybe if i get to the point where i can do these it would give me those 2 or 3 inches i need off 1 leg
What muscles is this supposed to work?

certainly couldn't hurt. It kinda depends on what is preventing you from doing them
