Is this good for speed? I'm trying to find drills to make my legs faster so I can better bridge that gap, my hands are already decent speed but I want to improve my legwork alot.
@backflash22 jump rope, running, practicing ur footwork(this means going back to day 1 of footwork) if u master that then your feet should get faster...
@loyaltyswords lol...'lift' huh...typically people specify the type of lift - "lifting" 250 is pretty impressive if you're curling it, but if you're deadlifting 250 it's not so impressive.
It really cracks me up....all the negative crap talking about the training and the fighters. These guys are doing a great job regardless what any of you knuckleheads post. Maybe you should get off the couch and actually try training?? And don't try to pull the "I do train and I'm awesome" crap because if you did ANY training you would know what it takes and show respect.

Actually most of their methods work.... I agree that this guy needs to practice more but These are speed and power workouts not just power so doing them fast is they key.

Okay..you take a 45 lb rubber weight and place it on the ground. you do that except instead of the jumping shit, you start on the right, then left hand on the weight, right hand on, lefft off, right off, and continue. do this fast, for about a minute, and take 15sec break and keep going. thats workout

I use this exercise too. The key is to do it as explosively as you can if you want to see/feel results.

this is a great training i use it,im 160 n can lift at least 250,i recommend this for all individuals in combative sports

i use tat training as well it works,im 161 n i can lift at least 250 jus because of it,i recommend tat for every individual in combative sports.
