In another interview I read long time ago he said he doesn't like that intense gaze he use to have before because it makes him look like a panda. (LOL)
FYI, Ryu does not even smoke cigarettes. He's quite into sports & fitness.
You can hear a song from Dead Can Dance in the beginning of this vid (when Ryuichi is speaking). I think it's the end of "In the Kingdom of the Blind, The One-Eyed are Kings", but not sure. Anyway it's on the album "A Passage In Time".
This is cool. Thanks for sharing. The funny part is that they kept getting distracted by all the noise and people talking and laughing. It is frustrating though, because you couldn't hear them sometimes. Poor guys! ^_^

Ryu took that gaze from his favorite singer/band, Morrie, from Dead End. Hence, why Ryu looks so much alike Morrie in his early visualkei style days.
