This an excellent documentary. If you do not abuse steroids, you will be just fine. They are no worse than cigarettes or alcohol. However, just like stated in the video, they can have some serious side effects but that totally depends on individual response. Some people are very tolerant, others are not.

Steroids in pro sports are used MUCH MUCH more than we think. Forget all of the faulty tests and all of the ridiculous denials. They are almost all doing anabolic steroids. They do them because of one thing- competition. They look at another guy in the clubhouse and think, "I absolutely have to keep up with that guy. He's making huge money by putting up huge stats and I know he uses anabolic steroids. I have no choice." That's what it all comes down to. It comes down to pure competition.

But some people can't wait a year and a half to put on muscle, because they have a competition coming up. THey have to get big now.

It doesn't have the CO or tar of a manufactured tobacco, nor does it stress your liver like alcohol. The only big con of weed is the epileptic sensitivity. It may cause an epileptic seizure or increase the chance to have one for an epileptic.

Steroids can be great if used properley... You can fuck yourself up taking paracetamol if you're not careful. Long term abuse of these drugs can definitely create problems..some which can be very serious, for example look at andreas munzer. However, cycling these drugs carefully with safe dosages will only bring a few things.. gains, gains and more gains!!!

@davekopp88 -pause & read it, it says Acetaminophen and .. somethign else.. IN THE #9 case it is hydrocodone - a synthetic opiate that is being abused it, another form of it goes by Oxycodone OR the brandname (and most popular) oxycontin.
Also, #10 is amphetamine a SERIOUS STIMULANT. I hope this helps

I get that steroids aren't as bad as the media makes them out to be. But they are still bad for you. It still gives people an unfair advantage in sports. Plus, why would you need to take them? People just want a quick fix. I've gained 40 lbs. of muscle in a year and a half, by working out, drinking protein shakes and eating high quantities of good food. But some people can't wait a year and a half to put on muscle, because they have a competition coming up. THey have to get big now.

I don't want a quick fix, I want to push beyond my natural capabilities. I know plenty of guys who's genetics allow them to be bigger, stronger, more ripped, overall better athlete who don't have half the knowledge of diet and haven't been training nearly as long as I have. I don't want a quick fix, I want to keep up with the competition.
