Oh, and im now training a new martial art... actually our teacher says that its a combat system.

Its called EPIC (in Slovenia) but it derives from German ECPO (search with google).

I have heard that Slovenian spceial police forces and body guards use this sytem (along with other martial arts).

I will try to film something on my next training so you could get a better picture on what we are doing.

Hey be careful if you were mean't to walk on your knees you would have feet attached to them :). Use knees pads. In time this will destroy your knees.
