Yachiuru is a tiny, cute little girl spirit that entered the society because she was the vurnerable and could not dfend.herself so someone had to be there for her and sp her force is contained like a pressure cooker. this is just me spit balling here, but, as a lt, we know yachiru boasts some serious power, we've just never see her use it...my thought is, maybe, just maybe, yachiru is his sword's spirit, but because kenpachi's spiritual energy is so powerful, it created a true, physical body instead of just a projection...this kinda explains why (in canon, anyway) why we've never seen yachiru fight/unsheathe her sword...would kinda make sense, seeing as he named her and all

Let me correct you that he fought captains of squad 7 and 9 without taking off his eyepatch and still forcing them into bankai. Granted he is not stronger than Yamamoto, but probably stronger than Ukitake and Kyoraku when fighting Kenpachi solo. You cannot say Unohana is stronger than him because Unohanas power has not been revealed.
