If NTDTV wants to promote China, try to be pragmatic and not narrow minded in ur news report on China. In every country ,there are always bad or corrupt officials around. It is true that the Chinese government is not perfect,but think of the greatest achievement that the Chinese government has done during the past 30 years that no other country has achieved--- the lifting of 200 to 300 million of people out of poverty.That is more than the population of the whole USA. @77Happy77 Hey, I am not a pro China activist, but I do am proud to be a Chinese.I do know that China, in its way of modernisation, has bad practises like human rights abuses, house arrest etc, but I look at what the Chines govt did to allevate 500 million people out of poverty and see how the country starts off from nothing to something of great importance . I am very optimistic that China as it continue prospering will gradually become more and more humane in its way of treating its citizen.

I am a Chinese Singaporean, I seriously dont like this news channel. Why? Because the new s are always extremely biased against China government. They always report on the bad things about China and seldom mentioned any good things . it gives me the feeling of betrayal of a Chinese news agency against All Chinese in China . And they dare to call themselves New Tang Dynasty.THis is my opinion, don't be offended if u dont agree.
