It's a subset of being a citizen. He can be a citizen and still not be eligible to be president if he is not a "natural born" citizen.

The real question is, "If someone that doesn't qualify to be president of United States as per the Constitution of the United States (which falls into common law), the what legal system allows for this to happen?" I think that if anyone does their homework they will find that common law does not effect the Citizens in America anymore. We as Citizens fall into Statutory Law and therefore do not receive the benefits of being under "Common Law". Just take the time to research this FACT!!!

Ron Paul will never be the president because most people vote based on superficial issues like race, gender, oratory skills, not being (insert president that sucked balls here), etc. Ron Paul didn't lie like a fucking car salesman or promise us every single thing in the world, and he didn't delve in the Democrat vs. Republican dick-swinging, so he didn't get elected.
