I don't think any of the toothpick bridges I ever built in school held that much...maybe it's a good thing I left engineering and ended up in computers ;)

Tooth picks are stronger than I'd have given credit. 295 lbs. if I calculated right.

pretty cool huh? some of these bridges could hold a person's body weight.
totally did this but was only allowed popcicle sticks.. plus some width and height restrictions lol! it was grade 6 though :P
lol making a car only powered by a moustrap and needing it to go far was the most random fun one :P

interesting. there probably were some size restrictions here. there was a set span for testing.
