I wish the states down here would learn from you guys up north. It's pretty pathetic here now. A bunch of jerks are pen-raising deer and charging tons to sit in a little shack and shoot them like pets. There's getting to be fewer and fewer real 'hunters' here now. World's Biggest B&C RECOGNIZED typical deer: the King Buck has him by 1/8" to a few inches, depending on the B&C scorer.

King should be the new WI and World Record whitetail, but for one guy at B&C who interprets the definition of "typical" different than every other B&C scorer who has seen the rack. But he scored it first, the rest of the scorers are compelled to hold to the original ruling.

Been denied a new B&C panel scoring session 3 separate times due to that guy's overruling each time.

I had the opportunity to see MIlo hansons buck in person at his house a couple of years ago. it is cool to see it in photos but in person is amazing. That man has more big deer in his house then anyone can dream about. He sure lives in a deer hot spot.

One correction here. Milo is not the only person to have taken two B&C bucks in back to back years. Bow hunter Marc Anthony from Illinois has done that and he did it with a bow. In fact, he holds the record of five net B&C whitetails all taken with a bow.

@vermontchef1 - This deer was taken on open land, like every other animal in Canada. No game farms up here to hunt on and wait for the bucks to "grow up". Food plots are only allowed in certain areas of our country, if any at all. We work hard for these trophy deer, and for you to describe yourself as a real hunter is quite insulting. Do more research on what your chirping about, and if you have the stones, head on up to Sask/Alta at the end of November and try it for yourself. Pack warm clothes

i saw this deer not too long ago at the cabelas in Northern WV. You could tell that it was bigger than anything else they had in the whitetail hall of fame. Caged or wild? Lots of 200" in captivity. While impressive, it isn't unusual. This buck was a wild, free ranging buck. I have hunted hard for 18 years and have never seen a 200" typical in the wild AND I live in Saskatchewan.
