Yes... this like the versions of Les Musiciens du Louvre and Musica Antiqua Koln is in "full force." ...i like it. I wanted to upload MAK's version but since OedipusColoneus already did i decided to upload that of The Palladian Ensemble. But i prefer a bigger orchestra... they "rock" ...hehehe... This CD is Hard to Find... ur fortunate to have one. :>
Really? Seems pretty easy to get hold of here in the UK. I just walked into my local Zavvi the other week and picked it up as it was on special offer. It's one of the Academy's earlier off-the-beaten-track recordings so it was probably only released in the UK which might explain some difficulty obtaining it elsewhere.
I see... and since the AAM is based in the UK that's another reason perhaps... thanks for uploading. I find it interesting to compare several interpretations/versions. It gives me ideas with regard to playing/interpreting a piece. :>
I hope when i visit the UK someday it will still be in print. :>
