Tiberium is campy but trying to be serious whereas the first thing you see in RA is one of those ridiculous, cartoony Tesla Coils. Don't gem me wrong, I love Tanya, I love Tesla Coils, but lets get serious. The vibe for both games was just completely different. At least EA kept the camp, if nothing else.

I also like Warcraft 3 and Starcraft 2, but there is more micro and special units with energy/group effects.

Dune Emperor looks really good, considering when it is produced.
