  • its a simple thing really..read the terms and conditions? its a nightmare but every insurer has them for a reason, if you read them you'll find these "hidden" cancellation charges. It's the same with everything even if you cancel a phone contract you have a fee. I can see how this video may be useful but like the last comment says...take some responsibility and read the terms and conditions or even better question it lol

  • What a load of crap.

    People need to take responsibility regarding their choices. When you get a quote, ask what the cancellation fee outside of the 14 day remorse period is.

    When you have all the paperwork, read everything. If you can't be bothered to do this with something so important, don't drive.

    If you don't like the terms and conditions one company offers, DON'T take it.

    Don't waste your time hassling £6 an hour call centre staff though, write a letter if you must complain.
