So Mel Blanc was the original voice of Tuucan Sam. Later voiceover actors that did Toucan Sam's voice includes Paul Frees & Frank Welker.

Boy, Toucan Sam sounds a LOT different when Mel Blanc did his voice. And dig those sixties special effects on the kids. Great commercial.

It would be by the late 1960's or early 1970's Paul Frees will replace Mel Blanc as Toucan Sam's voice.
