@BrokkyLad Just sprint for aslong as you can, then jog when you get too tired...important thing is not to stop. Keep your heart rate going up and down but don't stop. You WILL notice the difference after a week or so.

@qualitybacon1 Because thats the way the Army runs, 1st interview to show your unterest, 2nd to choose your 3 job choices and 3rd to be tested on your jobs and if you are ready for selection etc :) helped?

Yeah, the Basic Skills test is slightly harder but it is so easy! Just make sure that you revise all of it online.
Also get your fitness up, you can find many training programmes on the internet
