They are called Silkies. An odd chicken with very dark meat and organs, they almost looked dyed. You can google search for them, lots of pictures around.

@Yonks14 I listened again and there is also some wild White-winged doves calling in the background. But mostly I hear the pigeons which are just common pigeons...nothing exceptional.
