@mrscrazygirl10 how tall are you?? I'm 5'4" and trying to get down to 120...the smallest i've ever been at my height though was 110 and I was really small so 103 seems super tiny!

I love the Meal Bars but the shakes still leave me hungry, but it is one of the few diets where I've actually lost weight. This commerical looks like it's from the about the early 2000s by it's style. I guess that's when they started changing the look a little.
