You need to find the fulcrum point when you're swimming. Probably need to "press down" the front of your chest into the water.

Your body is like a teeter-totter in the water. If you're not balanced, you "sink" down. Usually it's the legs dropping down for most people.

The Total Immersion stuff is pretty good, have used it before.
