@adamjeeian2 dont do that man .. use a split like chest tricep one day next shoulder,trap and bicep then back and then legs or something along them lines :)
@adamjeeian2 that must be a beginner's program you are looking at.. try the next since you have 4 months experience lifting under your belt.. anyway the reason is that beginners especially when young, recuperate way faster when they work out.. but like as the other guy said, it's also recommended to do split to allow proper rest time for the muscles..

@Steeler17Fan17 Building muscle will go mega slow until you hit about 16 ish, because unless you are an early bloomer your testosterone levels will be relatively low. It is a good idea to get into lifting weights asap though so go ahead :)

can you please explain to me why you dont have to warm up for body weight but you have to with weights machine. the answer would be cause its easyer to do say press ups over barbell bench press. how does this work with wide grip pull downs please? people do warm up sets then working sets with machine. but people who are new to weight lifting they can do body weight pull ups with out warm up sets even though its more harder for them? its confused me ? injurys? any help please thank you

I know alot of ppl out there talk about obesity being an "epidemic' but i honestly dont see that many over weight ppl.... im 70 inches and 185 pounds I think im classified as over weight not obese but still "over weight".....I can do 18 pullups and run like a kenyan I think the numbers are skewed.... but what do i know...

I see obese people quite a bit when I go out, you also have to remember that not everyone looks like a balloon. A lot of people store fat differently and as a result they dont look fat unless they take their shirt off, I was one of those people.

Some cutting edge hospitals have programs which pay staff to workout, most don't. I think the same with police and fire programs... a greater percentage of their staff than the general population is carrying excess weight. No doubt Americans are HUGE compared to the rest of the world.

oh btw,
if anyone out there just doesnt feel like eating rice and chicken (again), have a tea to go along (no sugar, no honey) the natural taste of tea alone helps a LOT, plus the amount of calories is somewhere around 0.000003 :)

Hey Scooby! I have a question and it would be great if you could answer it for me. I've been working out on and off for 2 years now, but never anything serious until one month ago. For the past month, I've been extremely strict with my diet and lifting and doing cardio 5 days a week. I've made very considerable gains with every part of my body except for my chest. My chest just isn't improving at all. Is there anything I can do to change this? By the way, I'm 16 right now. Thanks Scooby!

I can't stop laughing at the negative comments. Scooby puts in a massive amount of effort into his information, flies out to meet people (at his own expense) and keeps everything FREE for us. Why can't he just make a fun video and relax a little?
