How were you able to get before the house of representatives? I admire you and your struggle for you son. The CPS in Washtenaw County are friends with the judge as they told me during a meeting. It is sad how the criminals are in charge of our children.
Be specific when you say we need an oversight committee because you need to add, (an oversight committee of public citizens) because a bunch of us fighting California court corruption annoyed their government enough with our cases that they set up a task force but they appointed judges to view the complaints of other judges.
So when we set up a task force in Missouri it consist of Missouri citizens such as professors of law from various colleges not other partial judges working elbow to elbow with the corrupt judges.
I saw this first hand at the state capital when the Missouri Bar took over the hearing. The hearing was on a bill that would allow local citizens to observe the selection of judges. The Missouri Bar has three lawyers on the panel and noone else exist. This is a direct violation of our civil rights to selct judges in our circuit courts and higher courts
I so agree, people who make false accusations need to be brought forth on charges.. the destruction those people cause to families is unreal and they get away with it but they are allowed to because it's people like that who keep CAS, CPS, DHS and all their alias' employed.
Maybe we should start exposing the false accusers too!
Start compiling information on these false accusers - if they are willing to break this law they are probably breaking other laws. Get a private detective if you can, and turn these false accusers in for their other crimes, because I suspect that false accusations will only be ONE of their crimes. The gov't doesn't seem to care about false accusations, but there are other crimes that these false accusers are committing and that the gov't will care about - like tax evasion, for example.

Custody of my Granddaughter waas given to the daycare in 2005 but by 2006 the day care realized they couldn't get any funding for her care from the government so the court placed her with the maternal family whom abandonded her all of her life.
I had raised this child for nearly seven years of her life & upon filing for custody she was given to the maternal family whom abandonded her with a day care for the entire year she was in California.
My case started in Missouri and jurisdiction was given to San Diego California even though the child had lived in Missouri for seven years of her life. I was in the first commencement when the father signed custody over to the mother to elude the courts.
People that make false accusations destroy children, families and humanity. The pain and suffering they cause is unfathomable. They therefore deserve life in jail. Good for you for fighting back. I don't know what the solution is to this deep, deep corruption, except to keep trying in all areas: media, legal, legislature, etc.
So true. I went to my state capital three days ago. I first stopped by the childrens division office. I then went to governor Blunts and to the governor elct Nixon. I will never stop fighting this corrupt government.
