I remember at the end of the 90's a mate of mine brought a tape into school and said listen to this mate! it was eminems first album, i was shocked at the lyrics as id grown up with cheesy pop but straight away i got into it, since then music changed and got serious with a ton of swearing, i know it was around before then with groups like cypress hill, but the rude tunes were never aired on the radio, now they are but with the words cut out, kids arent stupid.
