All my friends agree with me that the movie should have been an hour longer. I mean LOTR was 3 hours, why not HP? Especially since the book was so long, they cut out like half of it in the movie. I was looking forward to the last Quidditch game of the series, and Luna was supposed to be the announcer for it, Ginny and Ron were supposed to play, and you're right, why'd they leave out the prefects mention?

and why did Sirius' death seem less important than Cedric's? Yeah it was the veil that killed him not a spell, Harry thought Sirius was hiding back there at first. I could go on, but I'm sure you all have the same rants, it's be like preaching to the choir...lol

I totally agree flowers4me. They could have made this movie into at least 3 hours. I loved it as well, but I wanted to have more of the emotion behind the characters. They tried to fit too much into a short movie. And, yes, finished the Deathly Hallows. We had to take our time, but we did read it together as a family in about three days. Absolutely loved it!! Can't wait for the next movies. I'm so excited!

This movie was a little bit disappointing...they missed out a lot of important stuff...and for once...Sirius' death was so dramatic in the book...and in the film..it was just like oh-he-was-killed-by-Bellatrix-­so-sad-really and lets move on, while in the book Harry was like going crazy over his godfather's death....-.-

no bashing tho...still loved the movie...^.^

I was mad at how they did Sirius's death because Ced's death was dramatic and you had 30 minutes to cry about it, but with Sirius you don't have a MINUTE!!! I'm mad that they didn't have the mirror in the movie because that it's important in Book 7.

In the Order of the Phoneix movie when Harry read the newspaper in the Order meeting did you catch the headline that was talking about Fudge? It says that Fudge said: "All Was Well". Isn't that ironic? The last sentence in Deathly Hallows?

Yerr i completely agree, though they didn't even kill him correctly, he wasn't killed by avada kedavra, the veil meant death so falling into it caused his death, i was so dissapointed with how they did it, it should've taken him much longer to fall into the veil anyways. yerr i finished it on sunday the day after it came out, i couldn't put it down it was the best book ive ever read!

omg, umbridges voice is SOOOOOOOOO annoying, evanna lynch's voice is PERFECT for luna, and emilyswimfan, i do not believe harry will go back to hogwarts for the 7th book, he said he wouldnt in the 6th book. the only reason he would go back would be to possibly look for clues about voldemort, or to talk to dumbledore's portrait in the headmaster's study, but not to actually take classes
