@VegaVermouth i'm using iCEnhancer 1.3 on version 1.0.7 and I have the blue sky problem. I was told that a few ppl have the fix one of whom is dpeasant3 :)
regarding to your problem: either fraps runs "under" certain layers of effects of ENB thus ignoring some colours or contrast OR the post-processing/rendering/encoding has manipulated the video data (this one is very possible).
I'd try to record as raw material as I can with fraps, open the clip in vegas/aftter effects, render the raw material once without encoding (no 3rd party codecs), then open the fresh rendered videon in virtualdub and encode it with xvid 2-pass with some suitable settings

i like your settings, they are the best in image quality and they dont have blur or grain effect on it....
