yes it is, that was the point of the video, when you're teaching a class of kids right out of high school you see certain mistakes occur so often that it only makes sense to address them publically

Yeah, I remember learning about this in high school, and it's certainly important to understand.

But ultimately, isn't this business of distinguishing identity from equality just a fudge to save innocent students from the horror of meeting a backwards E or an A upside down?

yes, thankyou that was good, i often confuse these two but now you've made it clear for me. interesting what you said bout the derivative, it makes sense. are you going to do any more videos on math, im just starting out and i dont know where to start really as i missed out on elementary math at school
