Two things, the chewing was too enunciated, andI knew by Looking you had not take a bite, cannot quite work out what you do, but you do something with your right hand. You also say, put that bit out that you just chewed and stick it back on, clearly you didnt take anything out out of your mouth and you rushed the end too much. Still 5 *'s

The bill is a normal dollar bill. but the wa y the rip int the bill, allows him to fold the bill down so that it appears that he has taken a bite out of it. If you look at 1:42 you can see him folding it down.

Normally this kind of thing is done with a folded up bill concealed behind one corner of a second bill - then you can shred the second, mush the pieces into your hand, and pull out the whole pre-folded bill. Actually, a better trick!
