  • What is the name of the song 2:23??

  • "THIS I KNOW"

    on her brothers cd

    Murphy J. Pace's cd!

  • Inspite of how high or low Lashun Pace's voice is, her voice is phenomenal. She sings with conviction. There is power in the "Blood of Jesus." She displays that same power, thru her powerful voice.

  • well i don't know about all that stuff then!

  • it's also not about how high a singer can go.....what about lower notes? LaShun would need to go low as a Bass and high as the highest Soprano to have a 7 octave range. I don't think she can sing as low as Barry White.

  • she can sing pretty low though!

  • But low as a bass? Most guys can't sing bass, they are usually tenors or baritone. Mariah Carey can hit the baritone range with an A2.

  • I have not sung with her, but I have had the immense pleasure of listening to her sing. I have not heard any head voice notes, any superhead notes, and definitely no whistle notes. What I hear is very powerful belting in her mixed voice that she is taking up near the sixth octave, which is impressive.

My question is: if she has never recorded any of these supposed seven-octave notes, how do we know she has that range?

  • it really fuzzy and i cant really hear it. i didnt really enjoy

  • YEAH YOU'RE RIGHT!

    I WILL MAKE IT OVER!

  • When talking about Range we have to First number one get a clear def of what Range is for example are we determining range by Natural or Falsetto? You have have a 2 Octave range in Natrual and 3.5 in falsetto..

Lashun never the less has a Wonderful Range. If you have a 1.5 Octave or a 7 Octave Who Cares as long as you are using it for Gods Glory. LASHUN DO YOUR THING! YOU MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT CAUSE WE ARE SITTING HERE HAVING DISCUSSIONS ABOUT YOU ! :-)

  • thankyou so much baby!

  • I love LaShun's voice. And Mr. Cox, who's to say she isn't two octaves high er than you? Have you actually sang with her before? Most of the time people's range isn't recorded.

  • True...

Thankyou for you compliment on Lashun Pace!

  • she does own 7 octaves mr. cox!

this doesn't even showcase what she's capable of doing!

thankyou though for watching and listening!

please spread the word of how annointingly blessed her voice and praise is!

  • Okay, I have to post now. Lashun does not in any way, shape, or form possess a seven-octave voice. Admittedly, she has an uncommonly powerful instrument, but she is not strikingly high. Do not confuse for singing very loudly with singing very high.

I am a countertenor with a five-octave vocal range. LaShun, in order to have a seven-octave voice, would have to be two octaves higher than my top note, an Ab6. Based on what she has done so far, she has not even come close to that.

  • realy you are counter tenor that is good do you like andrea sholl i am sopranist also with a 5 octave range strangely enouf i dont use falsetto when i sing my range is purli classical since you are a counter tenor

  • since you are a falsettist you still have an incredibly wide range my high note is C#6 after that it sounds very androgenous and kind castrati horrible

  • @nicki121 you can hit (I guess on a good day) a C#6 in full voice, or falsetto?

  • Believe it or not, I do not sing in falsetto a lot. A lot of my top notes are superhead or whistle, if the occasion calls for it.

I am classically trained as well.

  • thats cool superhead voice when i use actuaky gives me a headache because i can realy feel the viabratins in the cavities so not my fav to use but i do like the sound and the power of it well on some notes anyway
