Okay, first of all she's not STUPID. She went to Cambridge and Dartmouth, and she writes, directs and acts in the office. If that's the way she wants to portray her particular character, so be it. I agree that Ellen and Margaret Cho are funny. So is Maria Bamford and Janeane Garofalo (who definitely doesn't do stand up full time). Janeane is not a dyke; she happens to be very opionated, which bother men immensly. Every comment I see about her never comments on her talent.
