Yea theres a video on youtube that compared a stock Impreza to a WRC car. It showed how the cars being raced are only related to their stock counterparts in their body shell, and the stickers on the hood.

what did edstrom mean when he said he was throwing the red cross or whatever when the snowmobiler was there? was that the reason they cancelled the stage?

in the pace notes book that the co drivers have on the last two pages are a green ok sign and a red cross. these are used in case they get in an accident they put up the ok sign if well they are ok and the red cross if they need help.

ok i was in the group when it happened, the subaru photo guys thought it would be a good photo opportunity if the snowmobile guy raced pastrana up the track. what they didnt talk about was the snowmobile guy was on a separate snowmobile track not on the rally track, and that was perfectly ok. Pastrana was just bein a pussy.
