@Oracle253 Good question actually. I updated the video details defining the abbreviations. It's thought that 97% of ME/CFS sufferers have this problem. Even sitting causes increased heart rate and exertion for me but I can sit longer than I can stand.
Very interesting video. Thanks for doing it and posting it. :D Hopefully one day our illness will be more widely accepted and we will have treatments if not cures.
