To help out u should start drawing ur own atill and only use the manga as redrence more then just copying them. Not to say its bad but it will be more benefical to draw ur own characters and action postions. But good luck with ur name and i hope to see u get a one shot in the near future
good luck learning japanese and coming up with a good name don't give up your dreams of being a mangaka but the best way to start is to get a job as an assistant first and learn on the job best live in japan when you turn 18 ill see you in japan :)

@youngduss300 thanks man, this really means alot dude. i have like hundreds of ideas for manga all in a notebook here in my room, but i am not satisfied with any of them as they are now. but im still working hard! especially on drawing.
Asian people who don't even try to draw can draw better than that. No offense, and I know coz I'm asian. You should practice about 3~5 more years before you try make a full manga. But i'm not saying you suck your still good.

Personally I find it much easier to ink with actual pens. I use Prisma color ones, especially for manga :) You should give them a try!
