Love how you make a new video almost everyday!!! We have tried different online yoga teachers and they are either too fast, too avanced, or too easy. You are just right. Me and my mom do daily routines from you. My mom, since she has knee problems, modfies it on a chair haha you are great! I LOVE YOUR ACCENT BTW!!!!

@onioncube Rather engage the thigh muscles keeping the knees somewhat soft, thats how you stabilize your legs.
