V10s are reliable for the most part. We have an 03 Ex V10 we mainly use it for towing our trailer and it does it with no problem. Also we haven't had any major problems with it.
@SuperchargedMustang5 its varnish/ carbon from the miles and not changing the oil as needed. Leaving the oil in for to many miles does this and leads to a fail lol.
@SuperchargedMustang5 A higher milage engine is bound to have some varnish and carbon in it. it shouldnt as long as you keep up on the oil changes with good filters.
Is Ford going to eat this one or is it customer pay?
