I took water loss pills and a colon cleanser for 3 days plus I cut out SODA, sugars and salt. I couldn't believe what I thought was fat was just water and waste retention. Thanks for the video

I can attest to the salt part especially. I like to treat myself to the local Chinese buffet on my days off. I typically "gain" around five pounds from the salt and sugar. What's really funny is the day or two afterwards when the salt is flushed out of my system and I have to pee a quart every other hour.
You forgot pasta, spaghetti and white bread. because there often eaten with meat people tend to swallow bread and other starchy foods before properly digesting in the mouth. Bread, rice etc should be chewed until its liquid before swallowing. 44 times one should chew each mouthful before swallowing.

You forgot pasta, spaghetti and white bread. because there often eaten with meat people tend to swallow bread and other starchy foods before properly digesting in the mouth. Bread, rice etc should be chewed until its liquid before swallowing. 44 times one should chew each mouthful before swallowing.
