Very impressive! I loved the way they arranged this performance, and I love the way they emerged out of the 80s and still being "sisters doing it for themselves", too.
I thought Debbie sounded great here, but I agree on the GMA performance and other recent performances of her singing her old songs (that are too high for her now) she didn't sound good at all. I think they are both strong singers, but their strengths are with different types of songs. Tiffany's got the strong edgy country/rock voice, while Gibson sounds awesome on songs that allow the vibrato in her voice to shine.
I think Debbie's voice is still there but she is trying to do something weird with it and it's not good. They both look great and sound good. Just note to Debbie, listen to a recording of you from the 80's then listen to how you sing that now, big big difference.
I agree with Brian. But she still puts too much Broadway into the pop. She sounded great and actually in tune with Tiffany with that last note. I think it was because she was using her lower register which made it sound a lot better.
I was a super-huge fan of Debbie, but still liked Tiffany. Guess times have changed for these little startlets. I'm thinking Debbie is making up for her now-thin voice by showing off her thin legs. Tiffany, on the othe other hand is shockingly really good. Like I may buy her new album good!
they sing so angry...WTF...they need me to make good tender loving to them at the same time..

I'm looking for the second part of the performance where both Tiffany & Debbie sang What About Love? Any help?

Debbie's voice is just fine; it's more theatrical than pop these days. If you see her perform live on Broadway...she kills it. I love her
