I used to like Obama and HOPE a lot on him. A president should be sure that when he is elected he will be able to accomplish what he promises during his/her campaign. A lot of seniors who worked all thier lives whose wage level did not keep up with cost of living increases visit these soup kitchens out of necessity. Displaced workers that are having difficulty finding another job that worked for years visit soup kitchens also. IT is voluteering in this country that will reduce the need for tax paid assistance.

@freedompatriot1 The issue I speak of would be the recent push by the GOP lawmakers in Missouri planning to repeal tax credits to over 100,000 elderly and disabled people so they could use those funds to help provide $360 million to an air freight hub and give tax breaks to data centers and new technology companies. Look up "Missouri Circuit Breaker Tax Credit Program". I like to know what I'm talking about, because it gets really awkward getting caught not knowing what I'm talking about.

@barsense Here after 2008 was a tax on small bussiness for nothing, if u had a small bussiness with zero profit, ( starting bussiness included) u payed too that tax what varied from some tousands of euros to tens of tousands. That killed over 200 000 small bussiness, till this year when they admit they lost a lot more Euros ( bilion maybe) putting this tax, and damaging lot of the economy.

A lot of seniors who worked all thier lives whose wage level did not keep up with cost of living increases visit these soup kitchens out of necessity. Displaced workers that are having difficulty finding another job that worked for years visit soup kitchens also. IT is voluteering in this country that will reduce the need for tax paid assistance.

well Americans now are lacking in initiative and common sense. there is plenty of profits to be made by importing goods to China and India, specially goods in short supply. but hey, I have low expectations for the American business enterprise now a days. just look at ford and other American car manufacturers, they have gone so stupid that they do not even know their technology is so behind, compared to the top car sellers in the market.
