Before this puzzle i have to dial the phone number to ring the thug.I've tried tens o0f combinations and still no result.Any help?

the Piece of paper is upside down Valandil so the 661 is really 199,the complete code is 555199212

is there anyway to avoid that particular puzzle,because i've seen some great walkthroughs that demostrate that,and i STILL cant get it. i'm this close to deleting it from my pc,it 's so fustrating,and it took me a while to download (for free,post crack!)
