Btw, take a look at former communist nations such as Nicaragua, China, and Russia. Communism fell and capitalism arose because of foreign influences that seeped into the country through trade, exchange of ideas, etc. If the US had quarantined those nations like we did to Cuba, they might still be under Communist dictatorships.

Wrong. China hasn't been communist since the 1970s since their reforms. Nicaragua is not a communist nation, although it has a socialist president. Russia fell due to economic collapse because its people took a look at the prosperous western nations and wanted to enjoy the economic growth of capitalism. America was no longer an enemy because we stopped threatening to nuke each other.

You are ignorant if you think China is actually communist. Do you think their economy would be growing like it is now? Nicaragua isn't com. They have private property and private trade. The USSR did fall under its own weight. But its fall was expedited by exposure to western ideas and culture.

The problem here is you don't even know what communism is. Communism is the state control of supply and resource distribution. Go google a guy called Deng Xiaoping.

National Socialist is fascism, and is totally different from communism. Fascism is corporate state-capitalism. They are not a dictatorship, they are an oligarchy. That is the gvpt-political side which has little to do with economics.

Economically speaking they are not communist at all. Market socialism is still basically capitalism because every country has some socialist elements.

The problem here is you actually have no idea what communism is.

Oh great, you're like another one of those conspiracy theorists who thinks Communism and Fascism is the same. Communism is egalitarian with state allocation of resources. Fascism such was the state sponsorship of corporate monopolies. Both are socialist to a degree but are still totally different ideologies. I suggest you go to an encyclopedia and look up the actual definitions.

China doesn't have any communist dictators - they stopped having one after Mao.

Unlike you, I don't read history books written by political talk show hosts. Nazism is not the same as fascism, but Naz is similar to and is considered a strain of fascism.

Again, the problem here is you don't have a grasp of the basic foundations of what communism and fascism is, or their original theoretical intent. You've lumped all of them together as if they were the same just because they share some superficial similarities.

Again, just because the leader of a country is a socialist doesn't mean the entire country is socialist. That is a logic fallacy.

Nicaragua is still a capitalist country. Russia and Iran are allies of Castro and Chavez, neither of them are communist. Do you understand? Guilt by association is another one of your logic fallacies.

And China was able to enact the reforms partially because Nixon's open door policy, Mao's death and Deng realizing that adopting western ideas and capitalism was far better than Maoist communism. If we quarantined China, they'd would probably still be a Maoist-cult-of-personality dictatorship like North Korea.
