Im a drywall contractor and renovator. if you need any advice on your garage let me know, from free material to getting help. keep the back area for storage, spray painting or any thing messy and keep the front for filming, guests, computer, man cave, shop, office. gaming building.

You could maybe use the water tank, as the basis for a vacuum de-gasser in moulding.
@squidgybidge - vacuum de-gasser, thats a brilliant idea! Unfortunately, I've already had the sledge hammer on it and punched a few holes in it ... what a brilliant idea though, I wonder if I can fix up the holes!
