@drdevil2 Nope, I work half an hour on abs alone... YouTube only allows 15 minutes per video so I only showed 11min worth of exercises b/c I had to have time to explain all the other stuff, too.
I don't mind your using my music, but do you really have to use the super-long version of that track? The shorter version twice would've been way better.
@TheThrottleDog Most days I work out for an hour to an hour and a half and walk for 2-6 miles.
As for how I stay motivated, I must admit it's harder some days than others. I make check marks on the calendar so I know what days I've worked out and that (for some reason) is highly motivating for me.
I have this notion that the days that I am struggling are the days that I'm building muscle. I don't know it for a fact but it makes me work harder when I'm feeling bad.
