Let me tell you something people, no mods are needed to do this. MW2 has such a large help for snipers, that you don't have to hit to kill someone. You may have observed this from killcams where the bullet clearly hits the ground but target still dies.

However, in the killcam it flys a random place AGAIN, meaning most of the time it's going to land a different place.
