Are social services so used to seeing children mistreated and unhappy that they have become numb and blind to the obvious.Well they should be fired from their jobs. Useless people!They were there to save this little boy from his brainless,evil parents, that is their job.His death should be on their hands also.

i dont blame them so much but the system, social workers have there hands tied a lot of the time by the sytem they have to follow, theres too many commitees and crap they have to go through first before they can make an accusation.

The whole system including our laws need to change so we can tackle these evil scum parents more effectively make sure they dont have kids without a licence, they should only be allowed once theyve reformed. If they break the rule they get sterilised.

social services is more concerned with taking alot of kids to make money that often times they miss the abused ones.

Firstly, we must realise that only if our present bloated, bureacratic, expensive, ineffective and politically correct system will never effectively tackle this problem.

Our whole system of laws and rights needs radical and i stress radical change, otherwise we will never rid this GROWING problem.

Basically the scum people (by this i mean drug addicts, crooks and people with a history of violence) should not be allowed to have children at all without a baby licence.

i find it hard to believe the protection services failed to noticed a broken back. If someones back was broke, then they wouldnt be able to move. Surely not moving is a good sign that theres something wrong with a person.

the polic department should be held responsable not cps its not child protective services that get to make the decision as to if the child stays in the home or not..ask any police officer..its there decision
