I explained that already they are using mimicry thats why they have a flashing light on either side like that, they don't want to be seen by everyone as aliens, and besides that they have an underground base right here in Orange county NY if they were to fly their ships without a cloak of mimicry at night they would get detected by the US military and Air National guard. they have some kind of agreement to fly cloaked. most of the time.
