This reminds me of ancient Chinese law. Confucian and Legalism law. Confucians believed that man is powerful and can do great things. Legalists believe that man is inherently evil and must be totally controlled by government. If Legalism happens in America then all the so called liberals will be screaming for their freedoms back.
