Ummm, I think it's call chivalry.
Code of chivary refer to protect the group, loyal to the leader, and respect to the women.
I can see Sanji's way of chivalry makes him weaker, then he can't hit any female in rest of his life. Since it's his own choice, no one could change that.
If I were him, I will should just take down Kalifa in seconds and take her key. I simplely don't care about my enemy is male or female, if they mess up with me or my friends, I will just fight them anyways.
