My buddy went down on the carousel on a bike...I was riding 2 bikes behind...That series of turn is tricky (5-8). It's essential to late apex into T6 to hit T7 and through T8...Good save though...Unfortunately, a bike would not have been salvaged in that situation :)

Dexter, It was a pretty gentle off so I figured nothing was damaged and I saw you in the next sessions. I'll look for you on the Shenandoah Circuit.

Sure didn't feel gentle! I went over a service road and hit the pavement so hard I thought I bent a rim! The pit marshall even said the flaggers reported that I had a "wild ride". I was in 3rd gear in VTEC so we must've been doing 80 or so. I did manage to keep out of a spin, that would've been bad.

Ugh. I'm still learning this track. Forgot the line after 3 and agree with the "Weird Line" comment.

I lifted a bit coming out of 7 but as my rear end was coming out I was looking in my mirror instead of ahead so I drove straight off the track. Doh. No damage to the car. Gotta stop worrying about people behind me until I'm on a straight.

Thanks for posting this, I knew why I lost it but now I have the details. Hope to see you on Shenandoah some time, I'm more competent on that track.
