Hey, is this thing safe to view directly? 150mw seems really powerful for a laser to be hitting you in the eyes. I posted in some forum that I was thinking of swapping a 10mW for an 80mW violet in a laser of mine and people started flipping out on me.

@Laz321 No, no this laser is safe but it does not matter for a second because its not a straight beam. Also this laser is always moving so it cant do any harm because its never in one place. The only rules I have with lasers are they should be about 2.5 meters in the air and scan on top or point down on the dance floor (not straight at them head hight). 150mw is not powerful, I know people with 600mw and even 1000mw lasers... Just read the product manual for health and safety stuff.

@ljmmobilediscos I think it dose the job well, I used it in a room that was 50 m long and it was really good with smoke. That was the only light on with a UV lighting but it looked really good. I was very impressed.
